Who We Are


Dwight O’Connor Campbell is a Registered Securities Principal with Raymond James Financial Services and has been providing advice to affluent investors and businesses through out South Florida for the past 22 years. He holds the following licenses:series 7, 65, 24, 63, Annuities and Life insurance.

Mr. Campbell was a managing partner of a Broker Dealer for 10 years before selling his interest and joining Raymond James. Dwight has extensive experience that can only be gained by owning and operating a brokerage firm. He has the knowledge and experience dealing with Trading Departments and Traders, Operations Department, Research Departments and Analyst, Registered Investment Advisor and Money Managers, State regulators, SEC, NASD, bringing companies public, dealing with the CEOs of public companies and all other aspects of building and operating a brokerage firm. He was also a partner in a local real estate holding company which owned commercial real estate in Boca Raton. He also co host the very successful financial talk radio program "Your Money Matters".

Dwight fully believes to be a successful advisor to investors it is not enough to just understand investments products and financial plans but equally important to understand the financial business itself to be able to accomplish what is best for his clients.

Dwight is 44 years of age and has resided in the Coral Springs area since marrying his wife of 20 years.  He has been a resident of South Florida for the past 32 years.

Ralph Bloch’s investment career began 51 years ago with Merrill Lynch and during the past 19 years served as the Chief Market Technician for Raymond James & Associates, Inc. His weekly commentaries, which he has been writing since 1962, are published in the Mansfield Stock Chart Service and he has also been writing a daily letter for some 27 years. Mr. Bloch was an original contributor to The Encyclopedia of Stock Market Techniques. In addition, he was a contributor to The Global Guide to Investing, published by the Financial Times, and was featured in the book Technically Speaking. Mr. Bloch is a former Chairman of the Ethics Committee of Market Technicians.

Mr. Bloch is frequently asked to comment by news organizations such as Reuters, the Dow Jones News Wire, U.S. News & World Report, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Investor’s Business Daily and a number of international publications. In addition, Mr. Bloch has become a regular on CNBC-TV, and appeared weekly on a Los Angeles business channel. Bloch was named top market forecaster in the nation by CBS Market Watch.

He has lectured at New York University Graduate School, Fairleigh Dickinson University, the University of Mobil, the University of Florida and the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. Ralph Bloch was the first technical analyst to call for a bear market in January of 2000.

Donald M. Kent  is truly a Florida Native; he was born, raised and educated in The South Florida area. Mr. Kent has been providing financial advice to Affluent Investors for over 16 years. Fully licensed in securities (Series 7, 63, 24), and insurance (life, and annuities) he is currently a Registered Principal and Branch Manager with Raymond James Financial Services.

Additionally, Donny is one of South Florida’s financial talk veterans hosting the popular financial talk radio broadcast, “Your Money Matters,” on 740 AM WSBR. He has interviewed some of the top Money Managers, CEO’s, and Analysts in the financial industry. Mr. Kent and his team have built a reputation locally for integrity, expertise and the ability to manage portfolios for the ultra high net worth clientele.

Technical knowledge and competency while necessary are simply not enough; it takes much more than that to be a successful advisor. Donny and his wife Lili have been together for 19 years and have a son named Jordan. “While I have enjoyed many successes in my life, my family is my greatest success.” When not working Donny’s favorite pass time is spending his precious time with family and close friends.

Donald J. Campagna, CPA, CFP is President of Personal Portfolio Management, Inc. (PPM), an Independent Registered Investment Advisor established in 1985. He is a licensed securities registered representative offering securities through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. member FINRA/SIPC, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner and a licensed insurance professional. 
 
To assure that clients receive the highest level of service, Mr. Campagna insist that Personal Portfolio Management’s staff take a personal interest in each client’s individual financial needs.
  
Mr. Campagna received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the State of University of New York at Buffalo in 1976.  Donald Campagna is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He currently serves as President of the St. Jude Financial Education Council.  He has also served on the board of directors of the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County, FICPA's Atlantic Chapter, Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, City of Boca Raton's General Employee Pension Fund and has served as a member of Boca Raton Community Hospital's Planned Giving Committee.  
 
Don has been a resident of  the Boca Raton area since 1976.  He and his wife of over 25 years have one daughter.  Don's favorite hobbies include spending time on his sport fishing boat catching and releasing billfish and golfing.

Michelle Buczek is a Client Service manager with the Boca Raton Branch of Raymond James Financial Services. Michelle is a member of our financial planning team and brought with her over 16 years experience as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the Boca Raton Branch Michelle was employed with the Orlando Branch before relocating to Royal Palm Beach with her family.
 
Michelle’s knowledge of the financial industry goes far beyond her daily administrative and operational duties of the Branch. She holds her General Securities License (Series 7) which gives her tremendous knowledge of Stock, Bonds, Mutual Funds etc.
 
“Client Satisfaction is my #1 priority.” Michelle is a real people person, she is full of enthusiasm and has an extremely pleasant personality. Her positive attitude brings out the best in everyone. When you meet Michelle you can really tell she loves what she does.
 
Michelle has been married for 16 years and lives in Royal Palm Beach with her family. Her special interest is spending time with her family and friends.
